All guests are required to pay the local government's Environmental Sanitation Tax of $72.62 MXN (approx. $3.92 USD) per room, per night. This tax is not included in the all-inclusive price and is collected at time of check-in at the hotel. These funds are used for sanitation and environmental protection initiatives such as: cleaning of beaches, reef conservation, waste collection, treatment of wetlands, and reforestation, among many others.

 

Please note that the gym at The Sens Cancun closed for renovations from now until mid-April. The new gym will feature remodeled facilities and new equipment. Renovations take place from 8:00am to 7:00pm, and the gym is located in a separate area from guest rooms and the main hotel buildings, so the work is not a disruption to guests.
