The residence consists of 11 small single-storey buildings and a main building surrounded by oak and eucalyptus. The roofs at the old Roman tiled and facades of earth tones or pastels combine the harmony of lifestyle and an exceptional few minutes from the coast. The flats offer a remarkable exhibition.
