Built in 1998, the beach hotel offers a total of 48 apartments, which are spread over 5 floors. Facilities include a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a safe, a currency exchange desk and a lift. Additional facilities include a café, a bar, a TV room, an air-conditioned à la carte restaurants (with children's highchairs), a public Internet terminal, as well as a children's playground. Use of a car park and garage is also available as well as room and laundry services. The hotel also has a well cared for, 4500 m² garden.

The comfortable rooms come with an en suite bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer.
