Old Faithful Snow Lodge & Cabins

Completed in 1999, the Snow Lodge is the newest of the park's full-service hotels and has been recognized with the Cody Award for Western Design and Travel and Leisures Inn of the Month. The heavy timber construction, exterior log columns and cedar shingle roof were part of the design that is destined to make the Snow Lodge a significant example of classic parkitecture. The Snow Lodge also features a full-service dining room, quick-service Geyser Grill and the charming Bear Den Gift Store.

Old Faithful Snow Lodge offers a truly unique experience. Nestled in the Upper Geyser basin in the park’s interior, in winter you can only get there by commercially operated snowcoach* or snowmobile.  *Over-snow transportation is required to and from Old Faithful Snow Lodge during the winter season. Seating may be limited. You may reserve snowcoach transportation online between Mammoth Hot Springs Hotel and Old Faithful Snow Lodge (reservations are required each direction).  Please contact hotel directly for reservations.
