Dining at the Elevation includes the Jose Crested Butte, which serves American cuisine and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The restaurant features homemade desserts and full bar. Located in the Gunnison National Forest the Elevation is within a 5-minute drive of downtown Crested Butte, which offers shopping and dining. The Gunnison/Crested Butte Airport is 31 miles from the property. Jose's Crested Butte is the hotel restaurant and serves Mexican Cuisine. It is still open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner (7 AM to 9 PM), and we have a breakfast coffee bar from 7 AM to 11 AM. Restaurant still features a full indoor and outdoor bar.
