Christmas and New Year***

The hotel makes an additional charge to the resort fee of $106 usd per person for the Christmas Gala and $153 usd for the New Year's Gala, it is paid directly to the hotel and is mandatory for all guests, it only applies to the night of the 24th and December 31 respectively. This fee includes access to the celebration, special dinner (food only) and special decoration related to the event.

Environmental Fee of USD $2.80 / MXN $48.00 will be applied at the time of check-in.

GROUPS RESERVATIONS INFORMATION***

1. A group will be considered from 5 reserved rooms up to 10 reserved rooms.

2. Hotel will require payment of the total amount of the reservation within the 15 days from the day reservations were confirmed. This will assist the property to guarantee and maintain a good quality service.

3. If payment is not made withing the period mentioned above, hotel reserves their right to automatically cancel the entire reservation without preview notice.
